This is regarding my complaint no. 17082751 lodged with toll free no.[protected] on 27.08.2017. The call was answered by mr vikas.
Complaint was related to my samsung refrigerator (Inverter – double door), no cooling from last one week. Technician mr. Raju (Cell no.[protected] from diva) visited my residence and in seconds he confirmed that there is gas choke up and leakage problem. The price for refilling the gas and gas filter was inr 1500. As we purchased two refrigerator the other one also developed the similar problem last month and gas was refilled for inr 1200. Hence we requested to get this done at same cost, which was refused and finally we agreed that get it refilled at inr 1500.
Raju collected his visit fees of inr 350 and assured that he will come today and get the gas refilling done.
To surprise, he never came and when i called he told that gas is not available and i should speak to toll free number again. When i called toll free no. And spoke to mr. Vikas it was told that my complaint was cancelled (Which is not known to me). This is cheating from a reputed service provider like you and feel senior should look into the issue.
Also, to our problems it was told that we should not buy this type of refrigerators as most of them has the similar problem and known issue.
My only request you to send a good technician and get the problem fixed by tomorrow.
