I went to services my mobile phone samsung z1 on[protected], the customer cre executive said, your phone charging port is damage need to replace it will take two days means[protected] i will get my phone. I want[protected] to collect my phone, they said that was not yet repaired another more time needed. After that i received on msg the repair of your samsung product has been completed, ready for delivery. Today i went to connect my phone, your customer care executive said, your phone's mother board is damage and demanding rs. 3000/-.
What type service is this?, why they not say earlier when i went first time.
This informtion is not reliable at all.
We will not purchase any type of samsung product in future and we speard this information all my firends, relateds and colleagues.
This companies product is not reliable in any cost.
