Samsung India — complaint for refrigerator | |||||
(The complaint against cooling problem in the unit since three months, the last complaint launched through id no. [protected] and email complaint ref. No. [protected], but their is no result from the company the engineers/technicians of the company are not up to the mark they cannot find out exact problem in the unit. Hence requested several times for replacement as the unit was purchased in dtd. 23.03.2017 comes in warranty period. But the company does'nt care about the customer so in that case i want to file the complaint against the company.) The above said complaint is remain the same as such the problem in the unit was not resolved properly. Again new complaint no. Is given by the samsung so. ([protected]). Kindly replace the unit as early as possible. Complaining several times to samsung india, but no result for the above said unit. Once again i request to the co. To replace the unit at the earliest.
