Waiting for the resolution since one week, , , Very poor customer service in jammu...Its a great disappointment that a lcd display screen is not available in j&k, , I am samsung product user from last 5 years, Very dissatisfied ..I have approached samsung customer care new plot jammu, I purchasec Samsung A8 mobile on 1/11/2015, , display of my phone neither is broken nor it is infected with water, it turned blue, , , I got it chcked in stom care where the engineer heated my mobile in dryer but nothing was found, , , He simply handedover the mobile phone back to me and said kindly approach us on 26th I waited till 28th but got no reply ...after contacting on 28th they are again asking for more time Was this information helpful? | |||
