Samsung India — complaint pending for 18 months | |||||
Hi, This is regarding my 18 months pending complaint where i had mentioned issues with my led tv. I have not been provided with a satisfactory response. The response told by your team keeps on changing every time. It is to let you know again that effort should be made by samsung and not the customer to resolve the complaint since the the tv is from samsung and the directtv technology is introduced by samsung and not by the service provider. I have tried my best to cooperate with you in this regard but havn't recieved any satisfactory response from any side. I would again request you to please look into this matter.
