Dear sir,

I bought a samsung galaxy j7 mobile on november 2015 via flipkart. after 7 month of purchase my mobile display becames one side black. then i went to samsung service centre jayadev vihar, bhubaneswar, odisha. they opened and checked and told me 'your led touch has some problem'. i ask them to repair the same. they told me that you have to pay rupees 6200/- for repair. i told them it is in warranty period so why should i pay. there is no physically damage any where in my mobile. there is some internal issue, why i am paying for it. then i went to another samsung service centre, they also told same. i ask them why this problem occured. they gave a reason that you are wearing jeans pant so due to press it happens. i ask them it is completely internal issue so why you are not repair on warranty. they refused to repair by warrenty.

Sir i purchased my mobile in 13500/- rupees. but samsung fraud with me. i completely frustated on samsung. there is no where mentioned in warranty card for this led touch problem is a physically damage.
So sir kindly take some action and consider my request.

    Hi sir\madam,

    Its very pathetic to say that within 15 days my handset galaxy j7 was not working.

    I raised my query in samsung service center on 6th of july who assured me two things, either my battery will be replaced within 7 days and if not then my phone will be replaced or the amount will be refunded.
    I submitted my hand set and all the bank details in the service center on the very same day.


    After 7 days there was no update from the service centre. After which i connected with the customer service on the toll free number provided by the service centre.

    They gave me the assurance that my bill was approved on 14th of july for phone replacement and which may take a time of 15 working days for replacement.

    As assured after waiting for 15 working days i am still unaware why my phone is not getting replaced there is no update from the service centre. Yesterday (1/08/2016) i got a confirmation mail from the customer care that my query has been resolved.
    I tried to contact the service centre people an now they are forcing me to a battery replacement instead of phone replacement.

    My concern is why should i go for a battery replacement when i have an approval for phone replacement. Secondly battery replacement was guaranteed within 7 days and phone replacement if i don't have battery replacement after 7 days.

    Now its more than a month i am still struggling neither i got phone replacement nor refunded. Its unexpected from samsung and their services. Your team don't even give proper information. May times i get assured that my query will resolve and i will get a call. But i never got any feedback nor any call.

    Hope my mail will work out and you people will understand my concern and will solve my query.

        I have purchased mobile on 27th march16 and after three month phone beacame dead. I went to service centre at fatehganj, vadodar. Service centre only accepted to repair phone as if phone is damaged while reparing either you or company have to bear rs.6000. While reparing phone scree got damaged. As phone is in gaurantee period i requested to company to repair or replace the handset but comany do not have spares to repair the phone instead company offer refund by deducting cost of scree rs.6000..

          This is regarding the complaint that i had filed and samsung seems to be reluctant about their responsibility of giving proper services and moreover, misleading the public of republic if india by advertising wrong things. i have mentioned about the promises that samsung had made online, and now samsung happens to be running away from it. it is clearly mentioned on the website of samsung that they are providing gaurantee for the model galaxy s7 edge, that the phone is water resistant under a certain given condition. now, despite me continuously informing the company regarding the same, their representative have clearly ignored the situation and taken their step away from giving me any services in regard with this and asked me to pay for all the expenses. i have filled a complaint regarding this and have asked samsung to answer me in consumer court after misleading a nation consisting of 120cr people and such ignorance from the company is unacceptable. i humbly requested the company to answer for the same but their attitude and concern about their clients have been very ignorant and disappointing. i wish to hear from your senior executives and want to retain as doon as possible. i have also filed the proof regarding the same with my phone's picture, bill, and the service center clicks when the company opened up the phone and prior to that. i have also managed to evidence of my phone being tamperd under normal life conditions on which samsung claims gaurentee. if still nothing is to be done, i will be seeking government authorities to answer for the same. i am not asking the company to give me a new handset but simply asking to stay on what they have commited.

            I have purchased the samsung t v model-ua46f5500armxl on 3/5/14. My main intention to purchase it was that to video chat with my son on skype. For that i purchased costly camera. But now skype is not available on t v. When contacted with samsung it is being told that microsoft has stopped it now. But about the expenditure i made to purchase t v and camera. Why alternate arrangement is not being made. Please clarify.

              Hi,
              I have purchased a 55 inch full hd led tv from samsung with price 73000 rs.
              After a year, one black vertical line came on tv screen and i immediately put a complaint to samsung customer care with complaint id = [protected].

              He came to my home after 3 days of complaint and that time my tv comletely off.

              He investigate the problem and said... Tv screen gone and cast of tv screen is 35000 rs.

              Sir my complaint here is if i purchase a product which cast is 73000 rs and in a year again i need to spent 35000 rs... Why sir... What is my fault just because i bought samsung product???

                I had purchased samsung model double door refrigerator, considering and trusting in samsung, but it is 3 years and i have started facing problem in its cooling. On july 2nd the compressor was replaced only to again get conked off within a month. The cooling has been a very big issue. My repeated calling at the helpline is of no avail as they assure me of sending the engineer who does temporary work and leaves. I have reported this problem repeatedly but the complaint is at it is. I request either a refund or replacement of my product..

                  I had received my mobile on 07.09.2016. Earlier sound up and down problem was there, but after rectification, the earlier problem was not solved 100% . i had a call with the service engineer regarding the mobile issue . He has again asked to deposite it on Monday . kindly look into the matter as i am suffering from last few weeks.


                  Hope you have escalate the issue with your higher authority . i had try to call you also on the same issue, but no body was picking phone today.


                  ITS frustrating . if my mobile was not able to repair 100% kindly declare . don't play with customer.

                    Stop playing games Samsung India. In my last complain you people asked my contact details to resolve my problem. Where are you all??? Stop cheating and playing. Its my third complain. Its only way to contact you by submitting a new complain. I want my phone to be replaced. It's motherboard is not working. My phone is new. I purchased it on 10th may 2016.

                    I will not accept a repair.

                      I had purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge in the month of may from mahesh enterprises, nagpur. At the time i purshased they told me there is an offer on this particular handset of vr gear but till today i have not received any... At the same time we had visited reliance digital they were also offer on the same product but they were giving vr gear at the time of purchased. I called up customer care... And also emailed samsung but they said the sim slot registration is different. So i want people should know samsung like big company specially mobile they just want to do their sales they are not concern about customer satifaction. And post offer it is totally fake... From two months they are simply fooling me. I visited mahesh enterprises more than 20 times but not satisfactry answer, my son forced me to purchased this mobile just because of vb gear, after purcahsing it we came to know it was post offer. It is fake offer only.

But when i asked them on 01/08/2016 they said to give me on 04/08/2016. Day by Day they are saying you will get tommorow or after 2 to 3 days.                           Am shaik meeravali from hyderabad
                          I am using samsung j5 and as it was eventually fell down its display was damaged on march 15th 2016.
                          I was been to ratna electronics samsung service center at abids.
                          And i visited to this center nearly 12 times from now.

                          Every time i go there i have to explain my problem to every person over there.
                          Yesterday when i went there i asked them that i have been here for 12 times and nothing changed.
                          Now they are telling me to pay the money so that they will change the bracket.
                          Why they did not tell me this for the first time?
                          And one of the executive is making fun of me saying that i have explained the problem to him for just 3 times.
                          What's this??
                          I am totally disappointed with these waste services.

                          I am a software engineer and every saturday from last 5 months am wasting the time in this service center.
                          I don't even understand why to change the whole bracket for a simple display problem..
                          I am totally fedup with ratna electronics samsung service.

                            I have call to your call centre many time but no service received till date.
                            My mobile sm - j5 charge adapter have damaged within 2 month due to date of purchasing but your service centre do not take any action till date. Your service centre in mahatab road, odisha, cuttack they say me charger not available or it's services are not included in our customer care & they have not give any job card number. So i am using any other company charger with known it's very bad effected my cell phone mother board damages or any minor or major problem. I am helpless so

                              We have purchased samsung air conditioner model ar18jc3hatpnna on 02.05.2016 from samsung exclusive showroom at dhamtari (c. g). there was problem on swing moter and display censor panel kit we have made several complains to your authorized service centers and representatives. our complain number is [protected] dated 27.05.2016. on our repetitive complain your service center person from dhamtari came to check the ac and have taken parts of ac - swing moter and dispalay censor panal along with him for repairing. it has already more than 2 months and there is no further information at your end. whenever we talk to your customer care and service center persons they are not giving any responsible reply and ignoring our complain and not solving our problem. i request you to please take necessary action to repair our ac within one week otherwise we dont have any option left but to take legal action against you and we will also go to consumer forum for the same.

                              Considering the reputation of your company we have not taken any legal action till date but due to the problem which we are facing and due to irresponsible replies and non co-opration at your end now we have the only choice left is to take legal action against you and to go to consumer forum against your company.

                              Please consider our complain on priority basis and repair our ac as soon as possible.

                              Expecting prompt action at your end.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have a samsung galaxy y phone. Suddenly i hot issue while charging my phone. I didn't have idea about customer care center in patna. I try to search on google. Hardly, i got an address of customer care in nutan tower, when i arrived there, i was shocked because there was not any customer care center. When i was advised to visit a new service center in kankarbagh main road patna, i went there for my issue. All the executive of customer care were relaxing on their chair. Hardly, i got a form to file my complaint. But i was so sorry about that, they didn't receive my complaint form saying they have already too much complaints. What the is that... I hate samsung and off samsung services.

                                  Can you see the drive in disk management? If yes, try to format the drive with following instructions.
                                  Before you do that, make sure you have the backup of the important data.
                                  You have to format this drive.
                                  Click start, run diskmgmt.msc (Disk Management). Locate your drive (unallocated space) right click, choose format. Format it with NTFS, assign drive letter. Done.

                                    I bought the samsung mobile a7 2016 edition feb 2016. after 5 month i have started facing problem in display, on lower left corner some spot showing like pink colour. then i visited reliance digital store, where from i purchased the device and asked about the issue, they are telling me some hardware issue and suggested to visit samsung service centre. yesterday and two days before i visited faridabad service centre in nit 5. they are telling me your display is damaged and it’s not covered under your warranty. however, there is no signs of any scratch on my gorilla glass then how can my device get damaged.
                                    Let me mention that my device has not fallen or gone under any physical stress and suddenly this pink colour sign started showing on the coroner of my display.

                                    Your service centre people are not taking the responsibility and blaming it on me asking to change the display and asking me to bear the approximate cost of inr 7500.
                                    For no mistake of mine, why i should be financially penalised.
                                    This is surely handset manufacturing fault and i want to get this replaced or corrected.

                                    Regret to say - very pathetic and irresponsible behaviour from service centre team.

                                      Hi, I was the few who ordered samsung j7 2016 seconds after its launch - With lot of trust in brand like samsung. But look at the quality of the product. There is noticeable bend in my phone without any physical damage to phone. Can the quality be so inferior that it can bend simply by keeping phone in pockets. This is so disgusting. It hugely affects the company image and it's quality standards.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am a disillusioned victim of the hype created by your marketing department for selling me your premium class phone samsung galaxy s7 edge. I am shocked to learn that an investment of rs.50, 000/- plus in a mobile manufactured by the world leader samsung is a no guaranty of its performance.
                                        The phone developed various faults immediately after its purchase on: 19th may, 2016 (Bill attached)
                                        1. Heating problem + battery auto discharge (Attached with this mail)
                                        2. Touch stopped working (Attached with this mail)
                                        The service center which was to solve my problem took days to repair thereby creating new problems for me as i had to manage those days without the so called excellent business phone. Even now the defects have not been rectified and i am told that there is also a problem with the hardware. This i am sorry to say is more of harassment or tormentation than an after sale service. Anyways, i am convinced of my suspicion that i have been sold a faulty piece by the samsung dealer to begin with.
                                        Why should i give a defective piece for repair?
                                        Why can’t it be replaced immediately? And why does a brand like samsung has a warranty for the set change only when it is within the 7 days limit?
                                        For a refurnished phone the cost is less than half the market price. Why should i accept it for 50, 000/- price? This can’t possibly be the marketing strategy of samsung which has climbed to no.1 spot with the patronage of premium customers like me.
                                        Please give immediate instructions to the nearest dealer to replace my defective set with a brand new at the earliest. Else, i am will be left with no choice but to take up my appeal to the consumer court.
                                        I have attached the invoice as well as the service center registered complains with the mail.
