To whom it may concern I would like inform in your kind attention that i holding samsung s7 edge and also a regular customer for all the samsung products for more than 15 years. I had a very bad experience occurred from a samsung service centre in coimbatore (Gandhipuram). I gave my phone to replace the led screen and they made to visit five times and did irresponsible service with me. These kind occurrences may create a bad impact for the company.
