Hi,
I have already communicated with you on this in the month of june and got the refrigerator replaced. Barely two month have passed and now even the replacement has started giving problems. It's the same issue i had raised before - cooling. The technician came and had a look at it and told us that the issue was because the connector came out.
I have used barely 3 refrigerators in the last 40 years and each of them lasted for more than 10 years without any issues. Btw, none of them was samsung.
I have more or less made up my mind to approach consumer court because i can't take it anymore. This is the last time i am writing the mail requesting you to fix the issue. There would not be any mail going forward. I need the entire amount to be refunded to me.
Here are the details of the issues in chronological order :
Purchased on 3rd may
Replaced on 29th may
1st complaint on replacement on 21st june (#[protected])
Installed new version of software
2nd complaint on 27th june (#[protected])
The technician put tapes to reduce the bell like noise
3rd complaint on 26th aug (#[protected])

The light switch inside fridge has come down
7th sep - received a call from gurgaon assuring me that the piece would be replaced. Sought 1 week of time from me. I haven't anything after that.
26th sep - again experiencing the cooling problem.
The mute question i have is whether the ceo really reads all mails addressed to him or at least act on them? I have started having doubts on that Was this information helpful? |
