Sir I brought my refrigerator from Pushpanjali Traders, Godda with model name - RT2534SACRJ Product Serial No. 080542AC700480E Date of Purchage- 22.04.2014 Add: fasia Dangal, Asanbani, Godda [protected] I made complaint and was contacted by the local service provider in Godda Mr. Mahmood visited and reported back to his workshop workshop-in-charge asked for advance money Rs1000/=(Thousand Rupees)to buy the heater for its repair said we have too order this very part that has to be replace he promised that it will be replaced within 24 hours, but more than three days have passed on no one has come to till date when I made a call to him and didn't reply .I just want to ask to whom so ever it may concern that do SAMSUNG INDIA provides service by asking customers to pay in advance, I didn't thought of this with you people.
