[Resolved] Samsung India — cooling problem with the refrigerator | |
Dear concern, I have purchased samsung refrigerator in 2012, model no. Rt3234tabsu/tl/2012. Last monthjuly 2017 i had this cooling problem with the refrigerator & called up the service guy from samsung service centre. Mr. Arjun kumar from samsung okla phase 2 delhi service centre came & advised ua to fill gas in the refrigerator & charged 1500 rs for filling it, he visited us at least 4-5 times but there is no improvement in the cooling of the refrigerator. Then i called up at the service center again n there was another person named mr zulfiqar from okhla phas2 office again sent by samsung service team & according to him the censor of the refrigerator was not working n changed the same in his second visit. But the condition hasn't changed. The cooling problem has not been resolved till date.. We are facing lot of problem n harassment from samsung team.
