[Resolved]  Samsung India — Corrupt practices by samsung and their service centers

Hi..1st i urge everyone to buy I PHONE instead of samsung flagship phones..you will ind reason for that by reading all of my post..i am very disappointed with the samsung.i have been a samsung customer for 8 years.my 1st samsung device was samsung corby.and till now i am using every galaxy s series phone of samsung.now a days i was using samsung galaxy s7 edge..i got broken my back glass panel..on 27th jan i gave it to samsung service center for repair to GAURAV COMMUNICATION, SANGRUR, PUNJAB..but what i got to know about samsung service centers, that shocked me to hell..i had a complete trust n samsung, but it has got shattered now..today i wanted to pick my s7 edge from service center but the contact number they had given to me was switched off.then i oontated samsung toll free number..i was deeply hurt by listening that the problems on job sheet in samsung's system was totall different from mine problem.they told me that in their job sheet matter was camera problem, sound problem and sensors problem..and there is no description of back glass panel..what the hell is this?? It means sevice center is repairing my phone with duplicate glass and if i got in future any problem like water resistant or what, they will deny the warranty on the issue that i got changed back glass panel from outside, their system shows they haven't changed back glass..what a brilliant idea of samsung people and with the spare parts that were claimed on my handset will be used in some other handse that my be from outside india, that will not have wareanty in idea..and even the service center person changed mobile number on my job sheet..only my name and IMEI number of phone is used by them..its really a disappointing thing, i had blind faith on samsung..i have recording of what samsung customer care people told me on call about my handset problems and i have job sheet on which there is back glass damage..now you people can easily think that service center and samsung people doing to its loyal customers and what we can expect more from them..i got to know from some other people that samsung is doing these type of things to many people..i paid 57000 for s7 edge..i bought t in early days of samsung, and i was planning for buying s8..i change every year handset.but now i would prefer I-PHONE..APPLE IS very genuine company i have heard..i had earlier heard about samsung, but never paid heed beacuse i had always thought that people are just making rumours..but now i have eperienced myself..I have friends whom ApPLE had provided new handsets when they had any problem.i thought samsung would also do that but i my belief is in air now..they are just looting people on goving false commitments and promises..i have every proof relating to my complaint.anyone can contact me at [protected]..so folks, i urge to go for I PHONE that is worth paying around 60000 rupees and i will also circulate the audio clip with samsung customer care and my original job sheet on every medium of social media like whatsapp or whatever it is, how samsung is making fool of people and extracting money from people..its like a crime..BY profession am an advocate and i will go in consumer court and under section 420 of IPC in criminal court too if my problem is not solved with in this week

Its really shameful for you..your executive told me to call back in sometime and a whole day passed but didnt get call again..and i am really regretting why i bought your mobiles..we have 3 s7 edge in our family..every year we buy latest products of samsung and you provide this type of service to your customers..its really depressing..i think i should go on social media about your corrupt practices qnd make people more qnd more aware about that
