On 19th march when I lodged complain of non repair of AC at samsung customer support site.in reply I got call from mobile no.[protected], [protected].he said his name as R K jain
to tell atm card no. andsubsequently OTP to settle billsof repairif any and same to be reimbursed but the amount was debited as total Rs.10000/

Why your representave asked for money and despite his assurance that falsely money has been deducted and same reimbursed but not received back in my account. since he told that if it would have been in canara it would have been refended immediately. but despite 40 hrs no response .
