[Resolved] Samsung India — damaged my handset. | |||
I have already raised a complaint regarding this to samsung and they are still asking me to wait for more days. I am using a7 2016 and suddenly there was some fault on my handset's screen, the service centre have repaired it, however they have damaged the handset as there was several scratches on the home button and they didn't bother to fit the back glass properly. Now, i want a full replacement as they have already damaged it but they ate denying to replace the handset. It is a 3 months old handset. Please suggest. Was this information helpful? | |||
