Hi,
My name is M. Lokesh Kumar. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 64 GB Gold in samsung shop online shopping carnival offer on 26 May, 2017. The product was delivered to me on 30 May, 2017 around 7.30 PM. I am working in BPO so once my shift got over I reached late night. I was eagerly waiting to explore my new mobile.
I opened the package and looked at the mobile in all angles where I found that the top middle edge part had a dent. I was really not happy as we don't expect that from a new phone for which you have paid already.
I have mailed the support team the same night about the issue and the next day sent images of the damage before they asked.
Then again I reached out to the customer care about it where they instructed me to reach out a nearby service center.
I went there yesterday and they said they can't support and I made customer support executive speak with the service team.
Post which I got a mail asking for images taken in different angles which I again did.
Again they sent a mail today send the pics of Box and Poly packing.
I have shared it. But seriously I'm really frustrated. Other e stores like Amazon and Flipkart make it a point to be reliable to customers by replacing the product or refunding if delivered damaged product.
Samsung should be more responsible. I hate this email communication by the team. Which seems to be not helping at all.
A direct phone call or sending someone would help. Please help me with my issue and resolve it quickly. I would have ordered from amazon or Flipkart it would have been easy.
I regret for buying this mobile from Samsung.
