[Resolved] Samsung India — damaged television | |||
I bought a 49inch samsung television on 9 october, 2018 from sahil electronics, sarojini nagar which is an authorised samsung dealer. The television was delivered on 10 october, 2018. The delivery person opens the package and starts the television in front of my mother (Who was at home at that time). On 13 october, 2018 installation person arrives and installs the television and then starts it. The television panel was damaged. The installation person says that it may be damaged due to careless handling by delivery person who opened the package. On asking the samsung dealer, he said that the product was working when they delivered and won't get replaced. Also, the installation person refuses to replace the product as the package was already opened. I would request samsung india to replace my damaged television or else i will have to proceed in accordance with the indian court of law. Was this information helpful? | |||
