[Resolved] Samsung India — dealer activated my note 9 and my galaxy app with his sim. | |
I purchased new note 9 on 26.08.2018. Dealer had activated my note 9 and then my galaxy app which he is not suppose to do. I have raise a complain for refund on 28.08.18. As its a prebooking set he should not sell us. He should put my sim instead of his own and why he activated my galaxy app. Its a cheat and fraud case. Please refund my money. My ref no is [protected]. I was a big fan of samsung. I love note series. But this time i am very very dissappointed with there after sale service. Inspite of purchasing from the samsung authorize dealer still no revert has been given to me. I am still waiting for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
