[Resolved] Samsung India — Defect in moble hand set J2

Dear sir,

On 10.2.2016 vide bill no 318 I purchased a mobile hand set of Samsung model J 2 from Nandni mobile shop, Sect- 49 Noida. . Since purchase, the mobile phone is giving multiple problems like touching, hanging etc. Many times given to service centre for repair but not action taken. Presently the phone is lying with service centre .Aadrika Enterprises, Jagat Farm Gama-I, Greater Noida (UP).

Pl look into the matter and take suitable action to avoid any further harassment to me
