[Resolved] Samsung India — Defected tv piece given | |||
Hi I bought a 40 inch tv from samsung noida shop on 14 jan 2017. Bill no is eph-2246. Model no is: ua40j5100arlxl. Serial no for this is: 0a2y3pbh805223. I have requested for first installation at my place on 31 may 2017. The engineer came to my place and opened the tv pack first time and has told me that tv panel is defective also he has suggested me that since it within 6 months, dealer can replace this, or samsung can replace the panel with no cost. After a lot of follow up with samsung they have told me that only dealer can replace this and dealer is saying they can replace only if samsung engineer submit his report. My point is that why i should suffer just because i have not used your product when i have bought this, will it be decided by samsung that when i should i use this product. Why i am saying this because they have told me that if i have opened the product within i week and reported that then only they could replace this. When they can replace this product within one week of first use, why not within 6 months of first use also it’s possible that a defected piece was given to me initially because dealer has not checked the same in front of me as they have to get the item from their warehouse, I was not expecting this type of irresponsible behavior from a brand like samsung. Requesting you to please look into this on an urgent basis and let me know what other options are open for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
