I have purchased a 49" samsung led tv model-49k5100 and invoice no.-ri (Cr):-0566 on 10 nov 2016 from raj electronics plaza, kandsar, angul, odisha. At the time of purchase the salesperson did not open the packet as it was explained that it will be opened by the service person. So n 11th nov while the service person checked the product it was found that the packet is not company sealed, it is re-packed. Also the tv is a defective one as it is displaying a black screen with a white broad line, so the service person left without installation. As per the shop it will be changed by a new one but it will take time of more than 15 days, so iam waiting for the solution even if purchasing a branded new tv. Was this information helpful? |
