[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective Handset | |||||
Purchased brand new Mobile Model Samsung J5 Prime on dated: 04.12.16, but after 1 week later screen has problem of blurness, given to service center for repair on 19.12.16 received the handset but after 4 days on: 23.12.16 figure sensor & back key not working properly. Given to service center for repair again. I have visited on 02.02.17 for checking but the problem was not solved till date. They have told me to call after the phone gets repaired. The phone 3 times opened for repairing but problem is not solved. So I want to replace the phone with a new one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
