[Resolved] Samsung India — defective mobile received from orange store uttarahalli branch bangalore | |||
In reference to above subject, i hereby bringing to your kind attention that i have purchased a new samsung handset named samsung galaxy j4 on 31.12.2018 in orange store uttarahalli branch bangalore. But i got a defective handset means sound is not coming properly. Iam hearing very low sound. Sound is not working at all. When i reached the store and enquired about this they are telling “we don’t know, you need to go to samsung service centre”. Likewise i had gone to service centre too but they are not at all responding properly. They are giving irresponsible and rude answers like “that much sound only comes for that handset, it is working correctly only” and they send me back. Hence, i hereby requesting you to kindly replace with new handset at earliest and resolve the issue else refund the amount which i incurred, please kindly do needful.
