I purchased new a9 handset on 25th february. I faced software as well physical problem within 5 days. I approached nearest sevice centre i. E. Vikaspuri near janakpuri west metro. Mr. Shaukeen, the manager of service center refused bluntly that they'll not issue d. O. They asked to drop set for 1 day, & i handed over for 2 days. After getting set software problem which was there before was sorted out, but dragging of battery was same. Now new problems in software are coming - hanged for 4 times in last 10 days, anytime photosensor is not working, when battery reaches 15% all of sudden phone shuts up. What's this # set handed to me after being analysed by service center engineers. They messed me out all. Now i gonna compliant more where else is possible. I told them that my profession is doctor & i doesn't spare a single minute to be wasted for looking premium series of samsung. I'm continuous user only of samsung set & other appliances from last 6-7 years. But this time i'm having very bad experience. This is not at all fair. Samsung service center must have ppl to understand technical problem of their products and time value of customers. There is no any company that their every product is ð¯% okay & ll run accurately. This one handset i got is faulty & the dealer as well service center ppl are denying to replace it. I highly raise a big issue to you. Kindly replace my set and give me new handset or my money back. I condemn the way this time samsung looting me.
Lastly telling you.. I even didn't get time to write feedback from last 2 weeks.
