[Resolved] Samsung India — defective product | |||
I bought a freeze RT34M3954U7 (Sl No:[protected] Top Mount Freezer with Solar Connect* 321l on 28/10/2017. My issue with the freezer started from 04/08/2018 ... Still Not Resolved. SAMSUNG engineers have unofficially confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect. I have kept all the records of all communication I had with them regarding the defect. Following are the details in chronological order about complaints registered via telephone & communication done via mail. 4th Aug 2018 Request No: [protected] Service Engineer: AMIT KUMAR Service Engineer Mobile Number: 99323259 Status: Issue Not Resolved acknowledging verbally that the product needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. 6TH Aug 2018 Request No: [protected] Status: No action Taken. 16th Aug 2018 Request No: [protected] Service Engineer: BISWAJIT Service Engineer Mobile Number: [protected] Status: Tray replaced after paying Rs.465.00 30TH Aug 2018 Request No: [protected] Service Engineer: AMIT KUMAR Service Engineer Mobile Number: [protected] Status: Issue Not Resolved acknowledging verbally that the product needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. 7th Sep 2018 Request No: [protected] Service Engineer: ABHIJIT Service Engineer Mobile Number: [protected] Status: Issue Not Resolved acknowledging verbally that the product needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. 5th Oct 2018 Request No: [protected] Service Engineer: LUTFAR Service Engineer Mobile Number: [protected] Status: Issue Not Resolved acknowledging verbally that the product needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. 23rd Oct 2018 Mail To: [protected]@contactus.samsung.com Reply From: Shipra Sharma (Online Support Team) Samsung India Electronics Pvt.
