I'm raising this on behalf of the bhosale family as help! They have been reporting and following up with the concerned department for last two and half months. Technicians visited however they were incompetent to resolve the serious product complaint. It is in-built problem of the compressor and the noise (So big noise, that it can be equated to the tractor engine). The details of complaint including video recording has been shared with samsung services multiple times. Every time, the assurance is given to resolve the complaint however nothing helps.
