I have purchased one refrigerator on[protected] from Vijay sales Andheri West branch, some some time i started facing problem in the water condenser the water was not evaporating, so i contacted Samsung customer care they had send the technician to my home they retfied the problem and said that it defective and we need to replace it but i had said that i want the refund for it, but nothing have been done till now. saying its a dormant account and funds wont get transferred,
I want to fill a harassment case against samsung, because this people does not provide cheque to clients, In the name of NEFT and RTGS they just bulgar the client, want a strick action to be taken against them, and put a proper system so that again a person like me does not get forged, Would request consumer forum people how to go about this and recover my money i.e 52, 000/- + 5, 999.63 with interest and harassment done by them, how can i lodge a complaint
