[Resolved]  Samsung India — defective refrigerator need replacement as within warranty and refund money

We have purchased a new digital new brand samsung refrigerator from croma rcity mall mumbai. It got defecting within 9 months. Contacted an utter rubbish call centre with # answering your call and and ill mannered ppl operating. Pls track ref id [protected].
We have been living without a refrig for a week now and these ppl care a damn about your problem. They have just one line will get back to you and then no one gets back
This is our hard earned money and brands like samsung do not live upto it. Would never recommend this brand to anyone.
Please initate replacement or refund my money or would go to consumer forum

I visited sector 7 rohini samsung service centre not once but thrice and there is voice problem in my phone which is not solved . Everytime they update the device and hand over to me .
