[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective RS51K5460SL Refrigerator and horrible support | |||||
I bought a RS51K5460SL by spending one lakh rupees and received a defective product. It stopped cooling after less than 2 months use and since than the service engineers have been giving me run-around. They have no clue on what went wrong in the refrigerator and keep passing the buck. I asked them to replace it but they are not willing to do so. It is absolutely abhorrent that they take 1 lakh for a piece of junk and shamelessly waste my valuable time. I wish we could file criminal complaints on this big international companies who defraud the customers via false promises and defective products. Was this information helpful? | |||||
