[Resolved]  Samsung India — delay delivery wireless charger

Dear sir

I ordered wireless charger 24th aug 2017 and my order number is[protected].for any circumstances the product go back to your warehouse on 1st sep 2017. After that i had complained minimum 100 times but there is no any satisfactory answer given to me by your call centre and email.

This is the last time i urge you to provide me the wireless charger immediately as soon as possible.

You are given me tracking id again and again lost of times which already has been expired. It was dispatch on 1st sep 2017 and goes back to your warehouse on day same day for some reason. 

Please dispatch it immediately and provide me new tracking number. 

I am attaching the relevant documents here with.please check and rectified and give methe suitable solution.
