Samsung India — Delay in delivery of tv

Dear sir. I have purchased television through csd today n deposited collection letter to 3a electronic agency faizabad road lucknow for collection but asked to wait until it is ordered fm co. Please arrange delivery on priority. The similar problem was faced by me while purchase of ac last month but due to your support i could get it timely. Thanks for the support extended last month.
