[Resolved] Samsung India — delay in mobile repairing | |||
Dear team i submitted my mobile (Sm-a51fzdfins) on 12/07/2018 at samsung service centre janpath bhubaneswar 751007 which is on warranty period till now, so i requested them to consider my batterry as this is on warranty period till now, but everytime the executive from service centre is holding my case & told that they will call me in few minutes but till now no revert is getting from the service centre. This case is more than 15 days. This is one type of customer harrashment, my bill no is[protected], kindly look into this matter & revert at earliest witout any delay. I have purchased a new refrigerator on 07.05.2018 which is not cooling effectively. For the same I have complaint many a times but company is not cooperating with me.
