[Resolved] Samsung India — Delay in provide service | |||
I have deposited my mobile on 24.08.2016 for replacement of mother board but after one month my mobile is not repaired. I have visited five times to service center at rourkela. Today when i submit my work order no receipt, customer care executive has changed its date which is 24.09.16. And told me that due to absence of engineer it is not possible. I am staying at a distance of 69 km from rourkela. After telephonic discussion customer care executive has call me, but, now they are ignoring me. I am submitting the work order receipt which is changed by the customer care executive. I therefore requesting you kindly take necessary step at your end for repairing my mobile.
