[Resolved] Samsung India — Delay in repairing phone by Service center | |||||
My Samsung j7 2016 model's Display got damaged, I have given it to service center for repair on 17th Feb 2017 but still I haven't receive any update on it, every time I call people says company facing shortage of parts it will take time. I heard Samsung is good in sales after services but now I realize all are rumors, Service center is putting blame on Company that they don't have stock we can't do anything, Even I called Customer care they also advise to wait no one is giving exact answer when my phone will going to be repaired such a pathetic service, If Samsung is making such expensive phones then they should also make services better else what is the use of these phones if the parts are not available in the company A kind request to please look into this matter on urgent basis Name: Shashank Contact: [protected] Bill No. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
