Samsung India — Delay mobile repair

Dear sir,
I am dilip patra as employ os bhavin industries & we brought 3 mobile phones. It contains one of the mobile back switch was not working (While everything was working/ok) so we were given in samsung service vapi at date 9/sep/2016 but that is not yet able to repair.

Kindly help to process / return it as soon as possible
