[Resolved] Samsung India — Delaying the service

Hi, i have submitted my defective samsung j5 mobile to samsung service center andheri on[protected]Bill no [protected]). They are delaying the service and so far on[protected] i have not got my mobile back.in service center they are continuously saying part is not available with the company so we cant do anything. I have tried to contact to samsung but that was also a failed and time wasting attempt and i have not got a proper solution.
First month they were asking me that give us some documents we will do something.
Next month when suggested give me my same mobile with repair in parts they are keep on delaying. I am very dissappointed with samsung service.
Kindly help
