    I bought a samsung galaxy note 4 more than a year ago. After the year completed i was getting ganging issues. Then suddenly the problem auto on off have been emerged. I go to samsung mobile service centre and they just said we don't what's the problem is all about so you replace your motherboard. Without examining what's the problem is all about they just said replace your motherboard which costs rs15000/=. Just after a year you have to spend 15000 after buying 60000 phone.
    Moreover, the staff at samsung mobile service centre also not cooperated with me. I asked them to talk to their senior and they didn't do so.
    I advise everyone not to buy samsung mobiles because if you have a problem in phone they will not gonna help you. Also after the warranty period is over the samsung phone is having lot of problems.

      This is in regards to the samsung refrigerator model rt42k5558sl purchased from reliance digital prabhadevi on 29/05/2016 at 20:27:07 (Time).

      The refrigerator since the time of installation has had a cooling issue. The installation engineer assured us that since it was a new installation it would take time for the refrigerator to start cooling and reach maximum performance.

      A few days after that a complaint was registered with the customer support and we were instructed over the phone to empty the contents of the refrigerator, remove the water from the tray at the back and shut it down for 4 hours. We had to use the neighbours refrigerator after requesting them to store items that were perishable if kept out of the refrigerator for long. After the entire process (Which was 6 hours long) the refrigerator was reloaded and started.

      Within 24 hours the water re collected and caused the refrigerator to stop cooling and in turn caused multiple items to rot and rendered them unusable. Another complaint was lodged (# [protected]) on 28th july 2016 and an engineer was scheduled for site visit within the next 24 hours. 48 hours later there was no engineer neither a phone call from anyone. We again called the samsung service centre and posted a message on the samsung india facebook page and referred the complaint number, further to which we were given a new complaint number (#[protected] told that there was a mixup for some reason in the assignment of the service centre which was in another area altogether. This was despite the customer service having the correct address on record, which clearly states the area as well. We were assured that the engineer would give a call before coming in to schedule the time accordingly.

      An engineer mr vikas gangaram from the worli service centre was assigned to our complaint. He landed up at the apartment without any call or prior appointment, completely opposite to what was assured to us by the samsung customer service representative.

      My maid was the only one present at the house at the time of the engineer visit and out of desperation to get the refrigerator fixed we had no option but to let the service engineer enter our house which posed a huge security risk.

      Post the visit, a few days later mr vikas called us up and informed that the cooling was definitely an issue and that the company had redesigned an internal board due to multiple refrigerators having this issue and he would like to come and replace the faulty part.

      We refused the change of the part as we believe that an appliance should not be repaired within 2 months of purchase but the company should as a matter of fact offer a replacement of the appliance for the same. The engineer informed us he will report this matter back to the company.

      A day later we received a feedback call from one of the representatives at samsung and we were asked about the visit and update on what the engineer told us. We told the representative about how we wanted the appliance to be replaced and not repaired. The next thing the representative tells us is to call the store from where we purchased the refrigerator from and ask speak to them. This was the most random thing we have ever heard where the customer has been asked by the manufacturer to approach a third party store for resolution of an issue.

      We had no choice but to keep cleaning the collected water in the tray behind the refrigerator, despite doing this a lot of food items got spoilt in the bargain causing mental stress.

      Reaching a point of frustration we lodged another complaint with the customer care in which we mentioned the entire scenario and applied for a replacement or refund of the appliance/money.

      We were told the process for replacement was a different one and that a senior engineer would be assigned to our job. A few days later the same engineer mr vikas called and told us that all complaints are diverted to their service centre and that he already knew of the issue and would update the same back to the company once again.

      Post this complaint there was no resolution till todays date (I. E.. Sunday 14th august 2016) almost 3.5 months since rigorously following up with the complaint.

      Today we have placed another complaint for replacement (# [protected]) and we have again been assured a senior engineer will come and look into the matter.

      This entire process has been stressful and a mental trauma and has caused us a lot of loss due to food getting spoilt every week. We have had to use the neighbours refrigerator for items that we could not afford to loose.

      I fail to understand that a big international mnc like samsung who has been in the industry for decades has such poor quality of service and customer care. And that the appliances are of such low quality manufacturing that the are defective and do not live up to the samsung mark, a company which boasts of its quality worldwide.

      Resolution:

      We would like to get a full refund of the refrigerator and a compensation for the mental trauma that we have been put through for this and the amount of food that has gotten spoilt due to the refrigerator not cooling to the minimum optimum temperature.

          Today i visit service center of sector 15 gurgaon they dont want to work for customer my a5 2016 purchase date 7-7-16 just wifi bluetooth not on, battery drain issue they said motherboard destroy they even dont have parts very poor attitude towsrds customer service kindly refund my 21900 on urgent basis i loss my time, money, office life due to phone not working i am very old client of samsung they said plz go home n come tuesday i cant leave office n go daily to your samsung care just refund my money .

            Sir, i am shubham kale belong to wani dist. Yavatmal. Actually i bought samsung j7 from shivam marketing, wani on 15/12/15. But now i am in amravti for my education purpose. My samsung j7 worked properly till 5 months, but it faced some display brightness problem. So i visited near sai samsung care amravti and applied for checking it on 5/7/16. But company was not able to make it cure. So company assure me that they would replaced or refund it by new mobile or cash respectively. Still i dont get any refund and replacement. But at 13/8/16 on my words they gave me my samj7 without curing it. And they took my complaint form. And assure me they could send my all documents to company for replacement. But i am not sure that the sai samsung care, amravti send it or not. So now i only want to assure that i am applicable for samsung j7replacing or not. Iam waiting for you reply eagerly.               Most respectfully be to state that i mohammad shafi mir from district ramban jamu & kashmir give mobile for repapering in service centre a. R electronics f696, 1st floor kk complex jammu 180005 dated[protected] at time 3:12 pm, bill no. [protected]. After that the service centre call me at[protected] and say your mobile is ok, but when me receive mobile, i checked the mobile but that mobile is not in working condition, i will beck mobile to above mentioned service centre. After that they will again call we[protected] your mobile is ok. When me come your service centre me also received mobile the mobile is in same condition. I ask your staff but they not give me proper response and they use rude language. You know sir me come from another district which is leave about 200km from jammu. For your kind information of you, not give me good response me go to police station and highlighted in international media for your kind information.

                01/08/16 - Samsung service center replaces motherboard confirming manufacturing defect. (Less than 5 month old premium smartphone from Samsung requiring motherboard replacement); Bill No: [protected]

                08/08/16 - Complaint raised via Samsung 'Email Support' regarding moisture condensation in the camera lens. Photos appear blurry. Abnormal phone behavior like battery discharge, heat etc.

                09/08/16 - Phone works normal, moisture inside the lens dried up though photos are still hazy.
                Gurharpreet Kaur from samsung technical team arranged a conference call with the service manager Mr Ram Mohan who requested the phone be submitted for inspection.

                11/08/16 - Upon inspection water damage was identified though the phone is completely working at the moment, in Ram Mohan's words, "It is like a virus", the fungus in the motherboard will eventually damage the phone. But since it is a water damage, it is not covered in warranty. (I had used the phone in rain after the motherboard replacement just like I have used it before the motherboard replacement). He also got me the price to pay for a new motherboard which was approx. 15, 000INR. Bill No: [protected]

                I am using Samsung devices since the galaxy S3 with no problem whatsoever. I pre-booked S7 due to its amazing functionalities mainly the advertised 'use in rain' feature which you might be well aware of (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00047867/).

                I am super careful about my electronic devices and know how delicate it can be at times and for that reason, there was no scratches or scuffs on my phone which remains the same even now except for the minute scuff on the backside of the phone when the service center tried to open up the glass using their blade. If this was my mistake, I would have happily paid for the issue and got it behind me but your product having a faulty motherboard and then your service center to throw the water resistance out to the water(pun?) is unacceptable to me.

                I am prepared to go to lengths to make sure there is a fair decision taken in this matter. Even if I have to escalate this matter to your South Korean HQ or bringing some attention via social media and if nothing works out, I always have the indian consumer court though is dead slow, will eventually support my claim given the facts and proof I have with me.

                I look forward to hearing from a manager from the Samsung technical support team to get this sorted out.

                Have tried to speak to Samsung India Customer Care executives - Sharanya, Dinesh, Sangeetha and all of them promised for a supervisor call back but this has not happened since a week. For them it is just another 'water log' issue.
                When the root cause of this issue is their faulty motherboard. And the service center not able to seal the phone to factory standard.

                  Team,
                  Recently my Samsung LED TV which is under warranty period has been got repaired due to Lightning . We have contacted samsung Call support on 27-Jul-16 regarding the issue(#[protected]) and they have arranged a Technical service rep visit on 28-Jul-16, the technician took over the TV on that day of visit to the service center .After this for more than ten days whenever we visited the service center the representatives over there not willing to provide the status or work on fixing the TV .
                  When i have contacted customer support again on 09-Aug-16 regarding the status on the service request ([protected]) they told like there is no request exists in the name and contact name provided by me so again they created a new request ([protected]) now with the status of TV under service in the Service center but there is no valid reason why my previous request went un traceable.
                  I kept calling the customer support on these following days (10, 11 and 12 th of August) to escalate and follow up but every time they responded like they will arrange a call back from their supervisor but they didn't call back .
                  We started visiting the service center on the above mentioned days directly since there is no response from customer care and ask them to took it on priority .
                  Finally on[protected] evening i got back the TV, when the service technician visited my home to fix the TV he provided some information like first 10 days (from 28th july to 06th August ) it got delayed to they had ordered panel for another model TV due to insufficient information on previous request . Again after that wrong model's panel request they initiated a new request but this time the request has been delayed to the dispute between the service center and the Replacement approval board since the new ASM having some attitude issue with these service center technicians and they not receiving any support from Samsung to fix these disputes .
                  In the Whole process of my service request which took 17 days to resolve were delayed due to the reasons that couldn't justified by the samsung whenever i have rise the question to provide the Timeline of actions from27th July to 08th august .
                  I have these questions :
                  1.Why my previous request ([protected]) were went corrupted from their Database, without this how they were tracking these 10 days on my service request?
                  2.Why service service center asking for courier charges to me for fixing the TV under warranty period and they not intends to provide valid Bill for the amount.
                  2. I need an extended warranty for my product for this unjustifiable delay made by the Samsung because i don't have trust on the panels they had replaced since its quality also will be same as the unethical process followed by them .
                  3.Is there any other mode of getting compensation for time and material cost on follow ups and getting the issue fixed
                  4.Why their service center representatives behavior is not similar to theirdealers, as the are only focusing on selling the product but not on servicing metrics .

                  Recently i have purchased the Bosch Washing Machine from snapdeal but i had received the damaged product so I have raised a return request as there is no pickup service available at my location I have sent back the product in DTDC courier services on 8/8/16 myself .

                  When the courier person attempted the delivery on 9/8/16 it was not completed since the courier delivery attempt reverted due to the space constraint at the snap deal warehouse in chennai and this rejection continues for other two delivery attempts made by the Courier partner on 10 and 11th of august .
                  But whenever i contacted the snapdeal they informed me like it shouldn't be case they should receive the product at warehouse but they not willing to provide the contact number of the snapdeal warehouse persons to check with them and also the same issue is going on until 12/08.
                  On 13/08 i had lost the hope on snapdeal and i had contacted the DTDC courier person to get the contact details of the warehouse workers and spoke with them . When i spoke with them i got an wondering update like until 12/08 evening the snapdeal ordered the warehouse not to accept any manual shipments (i.e products returned by the buyer directly with out the help of snapdeal ) . Here snapdeal itself requested me to send the product as manual shipment and also they holding the warehouse persons from receiving the produce but they told me like warehouse people not updating them properly, they are playing a safe dual game and putting issue responsibility on the passive end .
                  Now (on 13/08 ) snapdeal acknowledges to receive the products but the Courier partner not willing to deliver one more time again and he also asking un accountable charges for the fourth delivery attempts . Still the courier is at the Chennai Hub .
                  More than seven days i am spending effort and Time due to this damaged product, worst experience via snapdeal .
                  Even though i am putting together all the work from my side the snapdeal warehouse persons not even receiving the product .
                  I am only spending my time and materials for contacting courier and snapdeal for sending back the item .

                  Can i request for the compensation for all these efforts from my side and hidden transport and call charges for coordinating courier and snapdeal.

                    Hi All,

                    I have samsung j7 mobile. This mobile got power off automatically and did not turned on after that.
                    I took the mobile to samsung service center on same day that is 11 july 2016.
                    After 5 days samsung service center asked for documents and I submitted the document.
                    Then they told me that my mobile has manufacturing problem so I will get refund or replacement.
                    Now it has been more than 1 month and the service center is still not giving refund or replacement for my mobile.
                    I called up samsung customer care and asked for status of issue. They told me that my replacement request has been approved and I will get it in few days from samsung service center.
                    I contacted samsung service center and they are giving me run arounds and not giving proper answer or replacement or refund.
                    I am a job person and I require android cellphone for my day to day job work.
                    But from past 1 month I am not able to do my job properly.
                    This is costing me my job. My boss is always after me because I am not able to provide reports and all which can be done by android phone like reports apps, emails or photos etc.
                    I tursted samsung and purchased their product but I looks like I have been cheated by samsung.
                    It looks like fraud that they have given me defected mobile and now not giving refund or replacement.
                    I will go to consumer court if I do not get replacement or refund.

                      I purchased a LED of Samsung 3 months before and company employee not installed proper place i immediately stop him and requested to installed proper place but he denied and asked for money to installed proper place.
                      At present from last three months my LED is not installed i m regular customer of Samsung i have Fridge, Mobile, Air Conditioner & 2 LED of Samsung company but this time i am so disappointed due to services of yours.
                      earlier i registered complaint from my registered mobile no.[protected] but your executive informed that i have to deposit 1000 RS for this. I am not requesting for installing my LED in different wall or different room, same wall but at proper height.

                        I bought a samsung galaxy grand prime 4G (SAMSUNG GRANDPRIME 4G SM-G531F)mobile on 22 August 2015 from Chroma store East of Kailash New Delhi-65.It is still under warranty till 22.8.2016.Since beginning battery issue has been there.(within few seconds it goes from 25 to5 to 0%).I was on training in Mussoorie Academy undergoing IAS training which is very hectic. Since the past 6 months I am having problem with this device- Touch screen not responding properly and Battery draining completely within 3-4 hours. Inspite of numerous complaints in MAA Communication service centre, authorised samsung mobile service center, A-180, GF, Bhism Pitamah Marg, Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi(Ph-[protected]), my issue has not been resolved.
                        I have paid 4 visits to the service centre(last 2 being on 3/8/2016 and13/8/2016).On the first visit they simply formatted my phone without dianosing the problem.Bharti and Dinesh Chand(at the centre) have assured me to replace touch screen and battery with number(New piece number GH96-08916C and GH43-04519A) on3august.Inspite of numerous calls no one picks up the phone. Today, they told me that only battery has come, but then they asked me to get original bill and ID Proof(without previous information).Moreover, everytime I took a token and waited for 2-3 hours for the resolution.Still, they misbehaved with me by not informing me on time the progress of resolution and not talking to me properly. The piece is defective clearly. It needs replacement.

                        I am Ankita Anand, IAS, Assistant Collector, South Delhi.It is not easy for me to come daily for resolution of the issue and see such unduly behaviour from the employees.Even my weekends are busy.I need timely resolution of this issue as my warranty is getting over.

                          Hi Guys,
                          Actually we have samsung CDMA phone and facing networking problem on set, and visited to Samsung Support center at Shopping Center Kota, Rajasthan.

                          They suggested to replace phone bettery (ab553446BU) of worth 599 rs. But the problem still exist.

                          Then again on 13 Aug 2016 we visited to same support center. When I explain the problem to Executive named Ashish Agarwal, he says the problem is not with the phone. When I said that last time your executive said that the problem with phone. Suddenly he start doing aggressive and said "I didn't give you bettery so I am not responsible." And start talking rubbish. Like "Jaise aap baat karoge waise hi me bhi baat karuga, .

                          I was with my father and we seriously felt disrespectful by Ashish Agarwal.

                          Hope you guys understand and look into this.

                              I had purchased a fridge 5 years back. on may 2016 i was facing problem with vegatable box and door cooling problem. I complain to samsung then one of engineer came to my home and change some parts with cost Rs.2771. After one month i faced same problem, then i again called to cosumer care and second engineer came and he told me previous changes part was not correct part. And he again changed same parts. And now i am facing same problem and again i called to them but they told me we will charge you for every visiting. Why should i pay charges for vising, even my problem was not solved and facing same problem. Its really painfull for me. I purchased samsung product because i thought it a good brand and its product is reliable. But i was wrong. It is a worst company, engineers who are working there not having its own product knowledge. I just want solve my problem.

                                        I have brought Samsung galaxy grand max Mobile (G7202) in NOV 2015.
                                        Last due to charging issue I have given mobile for repair to Samsung authorized service center in Chengalpattu (Venture Power solutions) . They took 10 days saying motherboard needs to be changed after 10 days they said warranty wont be covered . I took my mobile back and came to know that camera is not working now . They damaged my mobile. I asked them they are not responding .

I rejected to give 4000 so they damaged my mobile . earlier charging was only issue now camera, touch is not working . automatically switching of and on
