I have updated my phone so its showing litile bit problem while using my phone so i have just go to the customer care nd they take charge to reboot my phone they think that customer are fools and one thing more i have to add that my phone is under warranty and really your service is not good nd they jzt delay... When i have tried to install easy software manager from the device driver cd (got with laptop) it shows (wrong manufacturer !)error...

give me some regarding solution...

I am facing a issue in which when i open any app foe ex. UC Browser. This app asks me for some permission such as access to storage etc. When i click the allow botton it says Screen Overlay Detected.
And i do not know anything about it. Please help me.

      Samsung mobile servie center in pathanamthitta is not a good shop.the staffs are very bad.They harassed and teased me toady when I was goes to replace my J7 battery.They have no manners to the customers about how to behave.Today I went to the service center and stand like a dog infront of the staffs.An another senior citizen came and asked to the staffs about somthing.But they were acting like a n ignorant child and they are just like funkeys.I am telling about the 2 ladies who working in the service center.Samsung is a branded company, then how can you approve this type of people behaiving like this?At last they told me they have no battery of J7 and they told me I must go to an another service center.If I suppose to do like that, then why you opened this type of irresposible shop?Please consider my complaint as in serious, because that service center makes samsung as a worst company.If you are denying my request, they will make the name SAMSUNG as a waste

        We have visited reliance digital express one at worli on 11th july 2016. We have purchase the j7 which the store manager showed & the same was mention on the seal pack box that's an j7 2016 model. But after 20 days when my sister checked the same model of her colleague in her office it was totally different in size & with some new features in it'. So we went with the concern to the digital express store manger manager he denied saying its a 2015 only & not the 2016 model, but the same is mention on our sealed pack box. And even we start the phone its only coming samsung j7 & not samsung j7 2016.

            As i am a big fan of samsung rather than iphone so please take it as a suggestion rather than complain, i have Samsung A8 which used to drain lot of net data, but my friend have apple I phone which have a option in setting through which you can personally switch off an application due to which minimum net data is used
            So, Please take this Suggestion & with new Android update please add this facility

                A samsung note 5 (Purchased on 10 feb, 2016) was given at the jammu samsung service center on 21 of july. We were told that either a refund or a replacement is in order. Since then we have been treated as a shuttle cock between the service center and the customer care. And till date we do not know the status of our problem. The job sheet number is [protected]. We have provided the requisite documents as directed and that too twice. Calls are not picked at the service center, if picked, excuses of internet not working are put forth. Kindly see if you can help me out or i shall be forced to go to consumer court.

                  Sir I purchased Samsung led series 4 Type no UA32EH4003 Model no UA32EH4003RMXL Version no R002 S/N 22833ZECA03626E on12/11/12 of international brand Samsung as I reposed my faith in Samsung instead of other brands which my other colleagues purchased. But to my bad luck my TV is having a thin lines across horizontally - experts say d panel is gone that means life span of Samsung led is 3yrs + few months now I repent of reposing faith in Samsung I have learnt a lesson for future now I use BPL tv purchased in 1996 enclosed is pic old is gold Samsung is bowled

                          Ago 7 days my mobile has display problem. When i sent it jamnagar service center. They said me that it was not in warranty. I m not glad to their service.
                          The mobile is not damage and hand left. Not press anything else.

                          Nothing any damage by me or accidentally so do in it warranty. Care said me display charge will be around 8000 /-. The mobile prise is 48900 /-. This is not fair. Care blaimed me that moblie is damaged. Give me any proof to damage. So give me positive reply as soon as possible

                            But last two week phone display is suddenly black.
                            After that i am going to samsung service center at city center 2, new town, kolkata

                              Hi. I had complained about overheating of my phone to the customer care on 23rd may. The phone was too hot to touch. Prior to this my battery life was also reduced considerably despite being only 3 months old. They asked me to uninstall apps that may be using too much processing power. Despite doing the same, my battery continued to drain rapidly. My son got hospitalised subsequently and i could not follow up further. While my son was in the hospital on 29th july, my phone would not switch on while on charge. When i checked the display, it showed 50% charge but would not charge any further. It started heating up instead of charging. I logged a complaint the same morning on discovering the issue. The phone was picked up from max saket in a crisis situation and my husband signed the receiving given to him. After much follow up, i was told that my phone is out of warranty due to "scratches and dents". They refuse to give this to me in writing and refused to show me a job sheet which claims "customer misuse". I was told the phone was burnt from the inside. I have patiently waited for customer care to escalate the issue and resolve the same. I am extremely harassed by the company's attitude and delay. I underwent this treatment while already dealing with the stressful situation of my son being hospitalised.

                                Hello samsung,

                                In my current purchase (samsung galaxy note 5, bought on 24th oct 2015) i am facing an issue where i can see a purple-pink color at the top of my screen (about 1cmx1cm and increasing!). its growing in size day by day.

                                As my phone is under warranty i went to authorized service center at karve road (pune, maharashtra). they saw and told me that "you must have applied pressure on the top of screen or the device might have dropped by you and that's why it is not covered under warranty". he is given me an estimate of approx. 10, 000 rs. to repair the handset! i know that i am very careful with my phone and haven't dropped or in any way damaged the screen.

                                There is not a single scratch on my phone. i handle it with proper care. this must be some manufacturing defect.

                                Upon searching online for the problem i found that others are facing similar issues and that too near the exact same spot as mine! this cannot be a coincidence.
                                My phone is in warranty and it should be repaired for free. i am attaching all the proofs here.

                                I have been a loyal customer to samsung for previous 6 years, i have owned all premium phones like galaxy s, s2, note 2, s4, s5 and now note 5.

                                I have kept faith in samsung for all this years. but this experience is a big setback. this is not at all expected from samsung!

                                  I am nisha. I ordered a samsung power bank on 5 th august 2016. After that i received this power bank on 9th august 2016 5 pm. But this power bank did not support any phone. That's why i return this power bank... Sir please solve my problem.

                                  Samsung service centre A.R. Electronics Last morh Jammu behave badly in phone conversation they told if you are in hurry then take your phone i am not your servant. I just want to get enquiry of my phone after 3 days. because they dont call me about the situation of phone.they told me we will phone you this is under warranty or not.

                                    My last complain which shows it is resolved is wrong. They didnt bother to even contact me. Mistakinly i pressed on resolved. Below is the repeated complain i submitted last time.

                                    Stop playing games samsung india.In my last complain you people asked my contact details to resolve my problem. Where are you all??? Stop cheating and playing. Its my third complain. Its only way to contact you by submitting a new complain. I want my phone to be replaced. It's motherboard is not working. My phone is new. I purchased it on 10th may 2016.

                                    I will not accept a repair.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I bought samsung s7 edge on 17th july 2016 and within a period of 20 days i am facing a display issue.In the name of customer centricity the people sitting at a service centre are not at all bothered about the complain raised by the customer due to the attitude of team samsung i am being now compelled to right this mail that after making a purchase of rs. 57000 on a premium segment of mobile why should i get my mobile repair or let it be operated by your team which no doubt will alternately result in getting my mobile rate just half and being a customer after paying a handsome amount i think even you won’t also allow your device to be repaired with this respect i need a replacement of my device as soon as possible.

                                        On 7 august 2016 i called at [protected] for asking the address of service centre but (Mr. Arvind) told me to get my mobile work in a safe mode for half an hour, as per his words i followed the same but i faced the same issue again and i called them again. Where i got the reference nos - [protected] where (M/s sapna) confirmed me that she will make someone visit at my home i said ok. Whole monday passed i got not a single call not on my primary nos. And not even on my alternate nos.
                                        I called back at evening while returning from my office to home again someone replied with the words “sheetal mam you will be receiving a call by tomorrow (Tuesday) and your problem will be resolved”, as i am a working lady doing frequent follow up is not so easy but still till midday no call from team samsung, i again called at the same nos. I got my complain registered again in a harsh language of mine as this was the limit of mine where i got a reference nos again - [protected] by mr. Dipanshu.

                                        Now the tragedy is i got a call back from mr. Nitesh who asked me to call on [protected] and get my complain call for home visit call cancelled, the height of frustration was at peak now. After having words with mr. Mudasar available on this nos. I visited the centre waited for more than half an hour to get attended and get my problem resolved with the token nos - p125. After a long wait i met with a person named mr. Shoeb who told it is a hardware issue which they will replace, and in a very calm tone i asked for the replacement instead of my device to be opened he simply answered we don’t have as such policy, we give replacement under 7 days only.

                                        Would like to ask a question:
                                        Customer buying low range of mobile and buying a premium segment mobiles fall under same policy and that too newly launched mobile?
                                        Counter sales representative didn’t acknowledged me about the replacement policy else i would have not taken the risk; nothing as such is mentioned in my invoice also.

                                        I am a loyal customer of samsung and honestly deeply frustrated now with the service of team samsung sitting for customer support. After using samsung a5 i thought of getting my mobile upgrade and i again switched to samsung as from the day one i am using only samsung nothing else, in fact my many colleagues asked me to buy apple but would like to let you know i trusted samsung more and now truly i am feeling like i have done a great mistake.
                                        Please do response and if you are also helpless sir please let me know i will fight till the time i can and will definitely move to next possible step for me.
                                        Three days has already passed with the all lethargic people responding me.

                                        I do hope for the positive response from your side for the replacement.
