[Resolved] Samsung India — delivery of a body dented refrigerator by great eastern retail pvt ltd | |||
Bought a refrigerator from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd Barasat on the 15th of October 2017. The product was installed on the 23rd of the same month by a service engineer. The dent was noticed and reported on the same day to the dealer. The invoice copy and the photo was also sent. There was another inspection and I was told that the refrigerator would be replaced by the dealer. Till date have not received a replacement even after several calls to the dealer as well as the Samsung customer service call center. This is not the kind of service one expects from a reputed company like Samsung. Expecting a quick resolution. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
