[Resolved] Samsung India — demand of money by service center executives for repairing product under warranty | |||
I have purchased one refrigerator in 2017 which is covered by 10 years warranty for compressor. The product is faulty since beginning. On our complaint for less cooling the compressor has already been replaced by the company. Now in 2019 the complaint has again arisen. The engineer from the service center has inspected the product and told that the compressor is not working due to choking of gas. He is demanding rs. 1800/- to repair the refrigerator. My complaint is that why i should bear the cost for faulty product sold by the dealer and that to within the warranty period. Kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
