[Resolved] Samsung India — Demo has not given even after several complaints | |||||
Dear sir I mukund kumar mobile no-[protected] purchased samsung microwave oven from aditya vision, baily road, patna bihar on 24/06/17. While purchasing they assured me that demo will be done by samsung engineer within 48 hours but despite my several complain on your toll free number as well as aditya vision nothing has happened. Your service centre has also assured me every time that demo will be done next day after each complain. So tell me why it has not been done till today. If you are not able to give service than why you are selling your product and why your retailer aditya vision patna is selling on false word.
