Samsung India — Demo tv delivered instead of new one

Dear team, i have purchased samsung uhd tv 50ru7470 led tv on[protected] from anand electronik kalkaji half payment in cash and half through credit card monthly installments for 9 months. I have clearly told the dealer please give me fresh piece and not the demo. But still after constant reminder they have cheated me and packed the demo tv in the box. Later on when i come to know that it a demo tv they are refusing to replace the tv. I request you to kindly take strict action against them and arrange for replacement. This is my hard earned money and i will not leave them. I hope you will help me in this fight. Regards david jacob
