        I have ordered samsung m31 worth rs. 17999 from samsung online store on 7th may. On 8th may i cancelled the order. Then, the status of order is cancelled but there is no option regarding refund initiated. I contacted customer care but their executive don't give a satisfied answer about refund. Moreover, they even don't give the complaint ticket number.
        Kindly tell them to process my refund immediately.
        I have attached the screenshots of the order status.

                I just want to know what is going on in my case as now service centre is operational in my area as it is now in orange zone. So kindly check if there is any update on my case. My case was reg on 13 march 2020. Now its more than 60 days and still there is no resolution provided from your side i dont what your team is doing to resolve my case. My first query is still not answered from your side on nchapp so its my second complaint regarfing my product. As i have said earlier jow its 2 months for my product in your service centre and its third time in 2 months same buzzing sound i have experienced in my buds how can exact same problem can occur in a product three times in 2 month. I have already requested you kindly provide me a fresh piece or coupon of the invoice amount so that i can purchase new galaxy buds. It is really frustrating that no one from your customer experience team is answering my query. I not revieving any update from your side on my case. My product was submitted on 13 march 2020 and you have 10 days to resolve the issue before nationwide lockdown but havent done nothing and i dont know what you are doing now as now lockdown is made easy from government but still you are not willing to provide me a resolution

                  Good day,
                  Yesterday we contacted the samsung service center toll free number.
                  Our split ac capacitor had to be changed.
                  The service tech informed us that the service as well as the gas had to be topped up.
                  We agreed for the same and also got the capacitor renewed. The tech informed us if the ac doesn't cut off after the set temp is achieved then we need to replace the temp sensor.
                  As the temp was achieved and ac not cutting off we informed the service center as well as the tech to come and attend to the problem.
                  They promised they would do so but no tech showed up.

                    I am facing some technical issue with my phone as the media volume is not working in my phone since last 10 days. I am only able to use calls on speaker.

                                Hi,

                                I have samsung a 80 phone with model number sm - a805f, serial number is rz8m731p13n. Enter the model number which is closest, my model number is not showing in the list above.

                                Samsung finance have blocked all my access to the phone, it is not leting me call even. I receive a message on my phone for sharing date policy, after that i can not access any of application on the phone. This is seems to be i have gave permission to samsung finance to block data sharing,

                                A message is reflecting while accessing any of the app and that is _quotsamsung finance plus policy restricts. Kindly check your app.

                                This is a phone gifted to me by a close relative, all the emi's are paid till date.

                                        I've purchased the samsung a70 mobile on january 16, 2020. On second day of purchase i found a burn lines on screen.. N gave it to service centre and they seemed to have changed the mother board and told they cannot replace the mobile. After that i'm facing constant issues with power on button and usb connection issues and also excessive battery draining over this charging port issue. All these seems to have very poorly made product with heavy damage. Since i'm paying emi for the same device and frustration is heavy due to current economical conditions. Kindly requesting you to help either to replace with new device or refund my money!!
