[Resolved] Samsung India — Didn't receive the new samsung s6 edge touch screen | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have given the Order of New samsung S6 edge Touchscreen on 6/01/2017. The service centre employee says he will give me new s6 edge touch screen after 1 week as he doesnt have any with him.He took 4000 rupees As advance for security deposit. he said he will give orderto the company for that. After 1 week i visit the service centre again he says there is shortage of samsung s6 edge touch screen ( my mobile colour - gold platinum) of this colour mobile.There is no supply from the company. He said me again he need 1 week time . after i visted the service centre many times still i didnt received it.. Today is 17/02/2017 still i didnt get any response from Samsung Service centre. So, kindly help me regarding getting samsung s6 edge touchscreen.
