After much of frustrating followup and ordeal my dishwasher was delivered yesterday.
The following are my feedback.
1. The engineer who came with the machine to deliver, did not carry any tools. After that he sent the
person who accompanied him to get the adjustable spanner that never worked to fix the water inlet pipe to the tap. He asked me to provide him with a pipe ringe or get a plumber siting it is plumbing work??? Does
samsung wants client to hold all tools even to fix a water inlet hose of the machine or provide plumber service???. I provided still with another adustable spanner that works to fix any size tap. He could not do it. He then reported to his tl, mr girija shankar, that client house needed plumbing work and he will come after client completes plumbing job and he has many job in hand that clients are following up for gas charging etc. I took the line and asked tl, the information is given is wrong and asked whether he is on whatsapp or video line so that i can send video shots. He still tried to convince me without knowing reality that plumbing work is not their scope. Is fixing a water inlet hose to the tap that has a reducer pin matching to
samsung water inlet hose is plumbing job??? It is sad how
samsung run the service. Team need to be supported by the leader, but not this way without knowing reality at client end.
2. I called my plumber fixed the water inlet hose in less than a minute. All it require was a proper tool like a pipe ringe.
Samsung engineer did not carry anything and his assistant brought one adjustable spanner on his request after delivery and nothing beyond. I have the picture attached the only tool he carried and the connection of water tap existing to fix dishwasher inlet hose.
3. Afterwards when the machine that was reported checked very well before delivery, has the following error while testing at my house. Error no.4e. This was shown to the engineer, who never had any clue again called other engineer and tl. Under their instructions, he banged the door few times saying door may not have closed well. Does
samsung dishwasher need a banging to close the door???. Seemingly yes, after servicing or water pump changing... Again he run the test. The error was not coming during that test. The machine is yet to be used. The door is making too much of noise now while opening and closing. This is
samsung quality service deliverable.
4. This morning when i opened to use the machine the machine had full water underneath from the door panel of dishwasher seeping out. On opening the door more water was oozing out. We switched on the machine to drain the water. It appears the cut off does not happen for the water pump that is reportedly changed with new one. Looks like even the new water pump has quality issue or not changed at all... Is it the
samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???
5. The tl on reporting this issues 1 to 3 as above once again, understood only at that time and requested me not to report the matter to
samsung, as it is the failure of engineer and will reflect on him as tl. I requested him to visit my house to understand the points i present to get himself convinced as my point is not like how
samsung engineers visited both instances did with my plumber first one and with me the second one. He agreed to visit yesterday evening after calling me, but still not come. Neither he called me to state his inability to come or shared his number.
Mr ceo, all of your team spoke to me, never worked as per commitment except ms priya who spoke to me in this connection in the end. But everyone claimed that they are from escalation team and they are going to make final decision. This is to bring to your knowledge on how your team work on ground.
6. I have signed the service report as not satisfied with service deliverable owing to these facts. Copy attached.
With all these my problem remain, though i paid for the service as demanded by
samsung and no parts was returned to me as informed earlier before delivery. With my problem stays, i have a valid reason to doubt whether the parts actually changed or not??? Or the changed part too is faulty due to quality issues that i suspected earlier and brought to your notice.

Now when we want to use the machine it says error le, that indicate leakage error and machine does not work. Is it the
samsung quality service deliverable???. They reported to me that old part will not be returned???

7. I was not given any bill for payment collected via my card. Strange to believe money being collected without bill.
