Dear team, with deep regret i would like to inform that my new samsung galaxy j7 pro, which i purchased on[protected] has turned out to be black in the display screen, without any reason. One fine morning i saw that the display screen has turned out to be black on a small spot and then now it has started increasing. It's not even two months that i have purchased this new phone. The details are as follows:

Dear Team,
I approached the service centre in Moran yesterday, they told it will take 10days if processed by them, and so told me to go Dibrugarh and submit my cell phone there, as according to them the query would be resolved in 3 days, but when today I approached Dibrugarh Samsung Service, they are saying that it would take 10 days that they cannot assure. Team, kindly help me out. What is this? A new phone, not even 2 months old, and the LCD gets damaged and pathetic service.

Dear Team, I got my phone collected day before yesterday from the service centre. They told me to use it the next day. Today I switched it on a few minutes on and again an another pink damaged signs are found on the new lcd too but on a different place.

Dear Team, even after replacement of the LCD. The new LCD also turned damaged. Spots cropping up which will result in darkening of the entire screen like the last time. Now I feel that there is some problem with the phone itself otherwise how come a 2 months old phone be such kind of a damaged piece. Most probably there is a problem in the product. I am finding huge difficulty with this phone. And why should i need to be trpubled for this new phone. Company should arrange for a replacement of the phone. As it is second time tgat the LCD is damaged. The new LCD after replacement I brought and the same problem logged in. So, kindly do the needful for the replecement of the new J7 Pro.
