[Resolved] Samsung India — Display issue in cell of their recently launched model galaxy j1 on jan 2016 | |||||
I am using samsing galaxy J 1 since 2016.03.08 and after buying the cell it was having some display issue for a second and then it used to get normal. But suddenly since yesterday i.e 2016.09.25 evening the display is not clear & the screen has become hazy. So I went to my nearest service centre which is at nagerbazar so they took the cell for repairing & they said as this set is 6 months old so again after repairing some kind of display issue occurs they will repair it. Now can you please tell me why should I defective model?..Why should I trust samsung again? Suppose after 6 months when this display issue will arrise again that time who is going to pay for that? That means your company is expecting me to pay number of times for repairing. According to me I think I am eligible to get a new model in replace as why should i uae a defective model?
