I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A7 A700F (Gold) vide IMEI No. [protected] on 31.03.2016. Two days back suddenly it was automatically switch off and tried to switch on but unable to do it. Today I have given it to a authorised Service Centre and according to them there is a display problem in the mobile and they will not repair it without cost. please tell me after purchasing a Samsaung hign end product and if there is a manufacturing defect than who will bear the cost. Is it customers fault that he had purchase a product from samsung on belief that it will be a very good product
Requesting to you, please help me to replace the mobile as soon as possible.
