Dear samsung being a satisfied customer for many years approximately 4 months back i purchased samsung j7 max at first was very much satisfied with the overall service but after few days later the phone became slow and sometimes it gets hang in the every now and often any particular moment almost daily. From being a valuable and satisfied customer i am just fedup and want to sell my 4months old phone and will never ask or buy any samsung product particularly phone. I have given two times stating my problem after format and all still it is not resolved. I replacement of my product asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
