[Resolved] Samsung India — Dissatisfied with after sales service | |||
Hello team, I am experiencing worst after sales service and would like to highlight issue i am facing about product service. I log a complaint on 23 aug 2016. Tracking no. [protected] but no resolution yet apart from basic first inspection that too one month before. Whenever i do follow up with assigned service center i get excuses like... Part not available.. Part order.. Wrong part sent by company.. Part re-order.. Will call in another hour (Which never happen).. Need to collect part etc..
