[Resolved] Samsung India — Double door refrigerator | |||||
My samsung double door fridge got repaired 4 times within 6 years due to poor workmanship involved and now it was compressor problem occurred why compressor gets faulty only after warranty. Atlast don't opt for any samsung product because of very poor workmanship and service. I have complained many times but the problem was not sort out. At first gas refilling was done and i paid 1600 for that and now they are telling me to replace compressor. Than refund my gas refilling amount which i paid. If it was compressor problem than why has refilling been done. Atlast very poor and bad service from samsung and i will never opt to buy any samsung product in future. Pl look into the matter and get it resolved at earliest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
