Bought a samsung double door refrigerator on 11/08/2019 with lot of excitement but it turned into disappointment within 3 months and registered a service complaint on 27/11/2019 for not cooling and foul smell
After multiple follow ups 3 engineers visited on different dates but couldn’t fix. Now it is pending since then and it is 16/12/2019 and the case is in pending. The engineers are unable to fix it neither they are ready to give me a replacement.
All they are doing is giving me restlessness and stress. Please samsung india replace the product as it can not be fixed. If it was possible the it would have been already done by your engineers.
I have purchased so many samsung products but never had to face such issue however, this is the first time when my product has manufacturing issues and a replacement is so hard for you. Was this information helpful? |
