I am going to samsung service center to exchange my earphone. it was not workin. and the service center man cant talk properly and talk like fight. and it gives very worst service in any other company. and service center man said that ear phone not exchange it was no warranty . and my samsung mobile name is samsung galaxy j7 prime. and i am said to write why not exchange headphone and that man says i am not write any i have no time. and the give worst service so decide never again buy sumsang mobile.and the samsung service center place is BIHAR, GAYA, maharani bus stand.service ceter
